Initial Consult
Our initial consultation consists of a visit to your site and a discussion about what your vision is with the project. During this consult we will provide our experience and insight to achieve your vision. After collecting measurements and other necessary information we will produce an estimate for the total scope of the project at no cost!
Upon acceptance of the estimate, we will coordinate with your schedule for installation!
Our Process
The Set
Our initial arrival at the project is a portion we like to call The Set. It will consist of our crew arriving onsite and we will conduct a walkthrough with you to verify the information discussed in the Consult.
We will paint lines for forms then proceed with setting the forming material to create the borders of the project. Our next step is to bring in and compact a recycled concrete base for stability. Lastly, we will install a rebar grid to improve the tensile strength and control movement of the concrete.
This is the phase of the project when any necessary changes should be made to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
The Pour
This is the exciting part! We attempt to pour the concrete early in the day when conditions are most ideal for the placement and finishing process. Pouring the concrete typically takes less than an hour, whereas the finishing process takes several more hours to complete. During this time you will see your project take shape and become the product that you will have to enjoy for many years to come!
