Projects
Choice Center – Midtown Fort Collins
Located on College Avenue in midtown Fort Collins, the Choice Center renovation was a high-visibility commercial project spanning a 15-storefront retail strip.
Center Line Concrete performed demolition and over 50 cubic yards of new concrete installation while maintaining uninterrupted business operations. Through detailed site supervision, strategic phasing, night work, and high-early concrete placement, all tenants remained fully operational throughout construction.
This project highlights our ability to execute commercial renovations in active retail environments with precision and minimal disruption.
Fox Crossing – Custom Residential Estate
The Fox Crossing residence was a large custom home requiring over 100 cubic yards of concrete across multiple structural and architectural elements.
Scope included:
-Basement slab
-Two garage slabs
-Grand entry driveway
-Large patio and walkways
This project demanded careful coordination with the builder and trades to maintain schedule while delivering clean finishes and consistent elevations across multiple pours. The result is a structurally sound and visually cohesive foundation for a high-end custom home
Westminster Residential Addition
This residential addition project in Westminster included a full concrete foundation system, basement slab, exterior patio, and a custom radius sitting wall.
With approximately 45 cubic yards of concrete placed, the project required detailed formwork, tight tolerances, and seamless integration with the existing structure.
The curved patio wall adds architectural character while maintaining structural integrity and long-term durability.
Windcliff Townhome - Estes Park
Perched high in the Windcliff neighborhood of Estes Park, this four-story mountain townhome presented complex logistical and environmental challenges.
Scope included:
- Three floors of radiant-heated structural slabs
- Garage slab poured over structural framing
The project required precise execution in steep terrain, winter conditions, and high-exposure mountain weather. Careful planning and sequencing allowed safe placement of structural and heated slabs while maintaining quality control in demanding conditions.
This project reflects Center Line Concrete’s capability in elevated structural work, mountain construction, and technically complex slab systems.
